I have noticed the last few years that some fads go in and out. What’s really special is when you see a ‘fad’ that came around but never goes away! When it no longer is a fad but a classic style. That’s how I feel about Chinese symbol jewelry. I think it’s really something special for a lot of reasons. One reason is that you can have something that has a really personal meaning to you but no one else knows what it means unless you want to share it with them. It is like having something that is both private and public at the same time. I love that idea!
